Isaiah 60:1,3 describes the light as a manifestation of God’s glory and a beacon of hope for His people. In the New Testament, the apostle Paul uses the concept of light to illustrate God’s transformative work in the hearts of believers. In 2 Corinthians 4:6, he refers to God’s divine light shining in the darkness of sin, bringing about spiritual illumination and renewal. Through the power of God’s creative word and the light it brings, both physical and spiritual life become possible.
