Why I Never Quit on What God Commands Me
There are moments in the Christian walk when obedience feels heavy. We pray, we serve, we seek to walk in the center of His will, yet the horizon remains silent. The temptation to grow weary and set down the burden of our calling is a very real struggle we all face.
However, I’ve learned a vital truth along this journey: every single prayer uttered in faith and every quiet act of obedience is a precious treasure stored up in God’s eyes. Even when the earthly outcome is hidden from our view, heaven is taking notice.
Faithfulness is not measured by the immediate applause of the world or the immediate sight of the harvest, but by our steadfast refusal to stop trusting the One who called us.
When God commands a step, He doesn’t ask us to guarantee the result; He simply asks us to trust and obey. The unseen work is often where the deepest transformation takes place—both in the world around us and within our own hearts.
So, if you are feeling weary today, let this be your encouragement. Do not grow tired of doing good. Do not abandon the post where God has placed you. Stay faithful, keep pressing forward, and trust that His plans are unfolding, even in the quiet.
